Here's what takes place when you sign up for Custom Aerial Photography from American Images!

Scheduling our Custom Flight Plan
We only photograph those clients who request our service and our flight plan fills up fast. It's important for you to thoroughly complete and return your information and deposit as soon as possible.

Photography Agenda
When the time approaches for the photographs to be taken, we will notify you of the 2-week time frame we are scheduled to be in your area. WEATHER CAN AFFECT OUR ABILITY TO STAY ON SCHEDULE AND AN EXTENSION OF YOUR SHOOTING MAY BE NECESSARY. You will be informed if there are any extensions. HINT: You don't have to worry about cutting your grass before the photography is taken; longer grass looks greener from the air.

Ordering Process
When your aerial previews are ready, our photography consultant will make an appointment with you to view them in the convenience of your own home. At that time, you will see samples of our unique product line. We offer a wide range of packages and products tailored to meet your individual needs.

Production of Order
Your order is processed through our on-site photo lab and Production Department. Experienced technicians using state-of-the-art digital equipment create custom portraits and products made to your specifications. Our in-house shipping department then carefully packages your order and prepares it for delivery.

Customer Service
We have a prominent inside Customer Service Department that will help with any questions you may have regarding your product or shipment.
